Serving Helena with Purpose: Why I’m Committed to Building a Better Future

Over the years, I’ve lived by one simple belief: if I’m part of something, it’s my responsibility to contribute and serve. That mindset has shaped how I’ve approached every role I’ve held in Helena, from volunteering to supporting local initiatives to simply being present for my neighbors. I’m proud to say my family has lived out this same philosophy alongside me.
When I began to consider serving as a servant leader in our government, I believed that a record of service would be an asset. And while many have appreciated that, I’ve also learned that the current political climate sometimes twists sincere service into something it’s not. I won’t lie, that’s been frustrating. But it hasn’t discouraged me. It’s only strengthened my resolve.
I know many in our community want better things for Helena, but time and capacity are real limitations. I’ve never judged anyone for that, I understand. For me, I’ve never been one to point out a problem without also offering a solution and a willingness to help make it happen. Have I made mistakes along the way? Of course. But each one has been a chance to grow, to listen more deeply, and to lead more wisely.

This race matters. Helena is at a crossroads, and I’m encouraged to see so many people engaged and wanting what’s best for our future. I genuinely believe we can build something better, together.
I’m voting for Billy Rosener on August 26th, and I hope to earn your vote too. If you have questions or would like to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be honored to hear from you.
Together, we can build a brighter future for Helena!
