Hi, I’m Billy Rosener, a longtime Helena resident, retired CPA, leader, and now a proud candidate for Mayor of this city I love. For over two decades, Helena has been more than just a place to live, it’s been home. My wife Allie and I raised our three children, Mackenzie, Ryan, and Miah, right here in Helena, from our first house in Cedar Bend to countless days spent on sports fields, at school events, and around the grill with neighbors who became family.

Service has always been close to my heart. Whether it was coaching T-ball and Helena Rec League soccer, leading as President of the Gobblers Knob Board, managing a multi-million-dollar investment club, or helping organize Helena’s summer concert series, I’ve always believed in showing up and giving back. It’s in these everyday moments, among neighbors and friends, that the real heart of Helena shines.

I've worked as a Certified Public Accountant, business consultant, and realtor, leading teams and managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects. That experience taught me the importance of transparent leadership, clear communication, and making decisions with both head and heart. Now, with Helena facing significant growth and capital projects, I believe our city needs steady leadership rooted in business acumen and community trust.
